Our client was looking to build their Senior Account Management team and requested for us to specifically target a couple of their competitors’ employees.
On behalf of the Client, Fitco-Consulting executed a targeted and well-defined headhunting exercise to seek out the best person for the job. After several rounds of interviews, Fitco-Consulting identified an experienced candidate with an outstanding track record from a major competitor in the industry. This was well-received by the Client who offered appointment to the selected candidate.
Due to aggressive expansion into the burgeoning China market, our Client commenced a search for a Country General Manager to take charge of operations in the China market.
