Position: General Manager China
Location: Shanghai, ChinaKey responsibilities:
- Providing strong business leadership for Company China organisation within the Group's global strategy
- Leading and managing the fast growing sales & manufacturing company in all business areas, particularly marketing and sales
- Building the strong position of the Group in the Chinese market
- Increasing market share and ensuring business profitability in China
- Building long-term relationships with the key business partners
- Experience in managing a company in all fields mentioned above
- Experience in working with Chinese partners or in working in China
- Good spoken and written English, Chinese will be additional advantage
- Experience in the building or technical industry will be an advantage
- University degree; preferably a Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
- Willingness to live in China
