Cliff has worked in retail, IT and manufacturing on both sides of the Atlantic in numerous organisations including Alcan Aluminium, Novelis Rolled Products and Rockwell Automation (UK). He is a ‘Jonah’ from the renowned AGI Goldratt institute and is highly experienced in TOC, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

His passion in recruitment centers on placing enlightened business leaders in organisations focussed on developing innovative customer 'power offers' to gain competitive advantage.

Cliff’s MBA was awarded by Case Western Reserve University, Ohio, USA in 2007.

Katherine brings to Fitco-Consulting a track record of outstanding sales and consulting experience in the Executive Search industry both in Shanghai and Singapore. She ranked as the No. 1 sales executive for two consecutive years in a team of 70 resulting in her promotion to the Singapore office in 2008.

Katherine graduated from the renowned top University in China,  North Eastern University with a Business English major in 2001. She lectured English in Shanghai Maritime University for 5 years before entering business. She has also accomplished a Master’s Degree in Anglo-Sino Translation and Linguistics. Katherine’s expertise and successful track record in Executive Search lies in retail, logistics, hospitality, IT,  chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG.

David Chan     BA Computer Science and Statistics

David brings more than 15 years of industry experience in Information Technology, working with established companies such as IBM, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Ariba in both Singapore and Hong Kong. Additionally David has more than 3 years of experience in Human Resources Outsourcing with Convergys Employee Care working as a Client Service Director.

David graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, speaks fluent Chinese, English and Cantonese. His industry expertise are in the field of Human Resource, Information Technology, Business Development, Consulting and Outsourcing.

Bernard Lo    BSc Industrial Engineering,  MBA

Bernard brings more than 30 years of industry experience in Executive Search, Logistics, Management Consulting, IT, Software, He has worked with established MNC organizations such as UPS, Havi Logistics, Foursoft, Intel, GE, and AT& T

Bernard has specific expertise in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Network Optimization, Logistics Operations & Planning, Supply Chain execution systems and Business Process Re-engineering. He graduated with a BSC in Industrial Engineering from Birmingham University in the UK and his MBA was gained at the prestigious Brunel University in London. He is fluent in English while Chinese is his mother language.
